Ingredients for the preparation of paradise cake
- 9 tbsp butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup potato starch
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 lemon (zest)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar

Steps for the preparation of paradise cake
In a bowl, put the butter at room temperature with the sugar. Start working with electric whisks until you get a cream. Add one egg at a time, always working with electric whisks until you get a thick cream.
Incorporate the sifted flour, potato starch, baking powder, and mix. Finish with the grated zest of organic lemon, salt, and milk and mix until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Grease a 9-inch mold, pour the mixture and bake in a static oven, at 350°F for 40-45 minutes, still do the toothpick test. Let cool, unmold the cake and bring to the table with powdered sugar.

You can store the cake for 4-5 days under a glass dome.
