How to Make Quick Star Cookies
Take the slice of mortadella and cut out star shapes, then set them aside.
In a blender, combine the cream cheese and sun-dried tomatoes and blend everything. Once you have a thick cream, transfer it to a piping bag.
Decorate the cookies with the prepared mousse and adorn with the little star of mortadella.
Your star-shaped filled cookies are ready to be served.
Storage and Tips for Quick Star Cookies
You can prepare the cream the day before and fill the cookies at the last moment. Once prepared, they can be stored in the refrigerator until the next day. If you don’t like sun-dried tomatoes, you can replace them with olives, mushrooms, or even mortadella or cooked ham. If the cream is too thick, add a little milk carefully because it should remain thick enough to support the little star of mortadella.
