Steps
To prepare the Parmesan lollipops, first grate the Parmesan. Then cover a baking pan with parchment paper and place the Christmas cookie cutters. I used star-shaped ones, but you can get creative based on your taste and preferences.
Then distribute a thin layer of grated cheese in the molds, making sure it is distributed in all corners. Press lightly with your fingers and lift the mold. Place a toothpick in the center of each lollipop and add a little more cheese to secure the toothpick. Then sprinkle the surface of the lollipops with various spices and seeds.
Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F in static mode for 5 minutes, or until the surface becomes slightly golden. Arrange the lollipops in small glasses and serve on the table.

FAQ for Parmesan Lollipops
What can I substitute for Parmesan?
Alternatively, you can use grated Pecorino cheese, but be careful as it is already very salty. Therefore, I recommend adding few spices.
