With these quantities, we can make 6 rolls of about 3.5 ounces each, or 10 rolls of about 2 to 2.1 ounces. The rolls can be enriched, personalized as we like. We can, in fact, add chia seeds, sunflower seeds, or pumpkin seeds to the dough; or brush them with egg yolk, milk, or extra virgin olive oil just before baking.

They keep outside the freezer in a well-sealed paper or plastic food bag, or in a suitable bag in the freezer.
