Ingredients

  • 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 packet instant yeast for savory preparations

Steps

  • In a large bowl, sift the flour, add the instant yeast and the teaspoon of sugar, and mix.
