Ingredients
- 5.6 oz pasta
- 1 broccoli
- 3.5 oz stracciatella
- 4 fillets anchovies in oil
- 1 clove garlic
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- pepper (or chili pepper)
Tools
- Pan
- Pot
- Colander
Preparation
Separate the florets of the broccoli and wash them under running water.
In a pan, sauté a garlic clove with 2 fillets of anchovies and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
Add the broccoli, salt them, and cook for about ten minutes (1), or until they are tender. To facilitate cooking, you can moisten the bottom with a little hot water.
Boil the pasta in salted boiling water. Drain it a little al dente, keeping a little cooking water aside.
Pour the pasta into the broccoli pan and add the stracciatella (2).
Mix and let it cook for another minute or two, moistening with a couple of tablespoons of the pasta water.
Finally, add the other two anchovy fillets, broken into pieces, and a pinch of pepper or chili pepper.
Pasta with broccoli, stracciatella, and anchovies is ready, distribute it on plates and serve it immediately… enjoy your meal!
Tips and Notes
You can replace the stracciatella with burrata.
You can also use only 2 anchovy fillets, omitting those added at the end.
