Preparing the basil sauce is very easy: just place all the ingredients in a container and blend with your hand blender.
Garnish the bruschetta with pine nuts and a bit of crumbled feta.
Francy’s Tip: you can use this basil sauce also on pan or grilled cooked salmon to give it a stronger taste or to dress your salad.
