  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 tbsp butter (can be substituted with oil)

  • These flatbreads are ideal for scooping up sauce or to be filled with vegetables, cold cuts, and cheeses.

  • In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast.

  • Add the yogurt, gradually pour in the milk, and add the butter (or oil).

  • Knead until you get a dough ball, divide it into six parts, and let it rise for about half an hour, covered with plastic wrap.

    Smooth Dough
  • Roll out with the help of a rolling pin, but be careful because to get a soft flatbread, you should not roll it too thin. Cook in a hot pan for a few minutes on each side.

  • If desired, brush them with oil/butter and parsley (optional).
