Air Fryer Pumpkin Chips: You Can’t Stop at Just One, an easy and quick snack or appetizer to prepare.
When I buy a whole pumpkin, I like to make more than one recipe to keep lunches and dinners interesting.
So, I often use a quarter of the pumpkin to make chips. They are perfect for kids to munch on while doing homework or waiting for dinner.
Moreover, they are really easy to prepare, the most challenging part is cutting the slices, but if you use a mandoline, it will be super fast.
So what are you waiting for? Let’s prepare these air fryer pumpkin chips together.
Oh wow, they are so good!

If you wish, add a pinch of salt or substitute the salt with paprika.

Honestly, I don’t think it will be necessary 😉 because, as I said, you can’t stop at just one.
What do you eat them with?
I use them as a snack, but you can use the chips to accompany your appetizers.
