Ingredients for the Smoothie

- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup almond milk (or preferred milk: plant-based or cow's milk)
- 5 cubes ice (optional)
- 1 tbsp hazelnut (granola – optional)
- 1 Blender
- 1 Glass
Steps for Preparing the Smoothie:
Protein-rich blueberry smoothie garnished with some blueberries and hazelnut granola.
In the blender glass, add the banana, blueberries, ice (optional), and almond milk, blend, and pour into a glass.
If you want to take the smoothie with you, you can close the glass with the appropriate lid, and you’re good to go.
