I garnished the cake with sugar stars because the cake was made for the birthday of my “little” star who is turning a quarter of a century.

  • 5 tbsp butter (melted in the microwave)
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 oz dark chocolate (78%)
  • 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 packet baking powder
  • 3 oz milk chocolate
  • 1 tbsp almond milk (or cow's milk)

  • Milk chocolate bar cake, an explosion of flavor!

  • Mix the butter melted in the microwave with the sugar.

  • Add the eggs and mix everything very well.

  • Melt a chocolate bar in the microwave, let it cool and add to the mixture.

  • Add the flour and baking powder.

  • Beat the egg whites to stiff peaks and gently fold them in from bottom to top.

  • Grease and flour a pan, pour the mixture and cook in an air fryer at 320°F for 40 minutes.

  • Melt a bar of milk chocolate in the microwave adding a tablespoon of almond milk.

  • Pour the melted chocolate over the cake and refrigerate.

  • Remove from the fridge 10 minutes before serving and enjoy.
