How to make rice with vegetables in the microwave


  • Peel the scallion, slice it, and distribute it in the heating plate. Wash and trim the zucchini, cut them into cubes and add them to the scallion, along with the tablespoon of oil and the salt.

    Mix and brown the zucchini for 10 minutes at 1000 watts. 

    Distribute the zucchini in the bowl, add the rice, curry, and pour in the water.

    Mix well, cover the bowl with film, make 2 holes, and cook at 1000 watts for 8 minutes. Alternatively, you can use the rice cooker with the appropriate lid, cooking at 600 watts. 

    Let it rest for 5 minutes in the turned-off microwave and then open the container, mix well, and enjoy.
