Strawberry and milk tiramisu ingredients

  • 18 oz Mascarpone
  • 3 Eggs
  • 6 Tablespoons of sugar
  • Milk as needed
  • Ladyfingers as needed
  • Strawberries as needed

Preparation of strawberry and milk tiramisu

  • First of all, take the strawberries, clean them well, and cut them into pieces.
Separate the yolks from the whites. In a bowl, pour the sugar and yolks, mix well.
Add the mascarpone while stirring until you get a smooth and homogeneous mixture. Separately, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Incorporate the beaten egg whites into the mascarpone cream, stirring slowly to avoid deflating the whites.
    Now prepare the tiramisu.
Take the ladyfingers and dip them one by one in the milk to create the first layer. Then make a layer of cream, add the strawberry pieces, continue layering as desired, finishing with the cream and strawberry pieces. Now put the tiramisu in the refrigerator for at least 2–3 hours.

Notes

If you don’t use milk, you can use rice or soy milk, or strawberry juice for the soaking. To make the juice, just blend the strawberries, let them infuse with a little sugar, and the soaking syrup is ready.
