  • 3 nectarines
  • 7 oz arugula
  • 7 oz pecorino
  • 12 walnuts
  • to taste extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste vinegar
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Steps for Arugula, Peach, and Pecorino Salad

  • Let’s see how to prepare the salad.

    First, wash the arugula well and dry it a bit by patting it with paper towels. Then slice the nectarines by first halving them and then slicing. On a cutting board, dice the pecorino, shell the walnuts, and cut them into pieces, deciding the size according to your taste. On a serving plate, start assembling the salad: place the arugula on the plate, add the nectarine slices as you like, add the diced pecorino and chopped walnuts on top. At this point, season the salad by mixing a bit, and your salad is ready to be served.

Notes

The salad is good as is, but you can also add chopped tomatoes. If you love meat, you can add roasted chicken breast.
