Fried Tomatoes Preparation
Let’s see how to prepare the tomatoes.
First, wash the tomatoes well and then cut them into slices that are not too thin, otherwise they may break. Prepare the batter by clicking on the word you will find the recipe for 4 different batters. In a pan, heat the vegetable oil well, in the meantime dip each tomato slice in the batter and then fry them in the hot oil on both sides. Once they are golden, drain on paper towels and salt.
Notes
Enjoy the fried tomatoes in batter while they’re hot, they are tastier… but if you have leftovers, store them in the fridge and you can warm them up a bit in the oven to make them crispy again.
