- 9 oz cottage cheese
- 8 slices baguette
- 16 Cherry tomatoes

Let’s see how to prepare the Bruschetta.
First, take the baguette and on a cutting board with a bread knife, cut the slices diagonally about 0.39 inches thick. Place them on a hot grill and toast on both sides. Once toasted, let them cool for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, after washing the cherry tomatoes well, slice them. In a bowl, place the cottage cheese, a pinch of salt and pepper, and a drizzle of oil and mix well. Spread over the Bruschetta and then add the sliced tomatoes, add a pinch of salt and a drizzle of oil. Plate on a slate tray and decorate with a sprig of parsley. Your bruschettas are ready to be served.

The Bruschettas are delicious as is, but you can also add some garlic rubbed on the hot bread, or some chopped onion mixed with the tomatoes.
