Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup cornstarch
- 2/3 cup non-fat plain yogurt
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 packet baking powder
- 9 oz Concord grapes

Steps
In a bowl, pour the eggs and sugar and start working with the electric beaters.
When they are nice and frothy, add the yogurt while continuing to mix.
Gradually incorporate the flour mixed with cornstarch and baking powder.
Mix with a spatula, moving from top to bottom.
Pour the batter into the tulip cups and finish with the addition of well-washed Concord grapes.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 20-25 minutes, and before removing from the oven, perform the toothpick test.
