Chocolate Banana Pudding Ingredients

  • 2 bananas (large and very ripe)
  • 3.5 oz dark chocolate

Tools

  • 1 Blender
  • 4 Molds

Banana Pudding Preparation

  • Let’s see how to prepare the pudding.

First of all, melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie, break the chocolate into pieces and place it in a small bowl inside a pot with a little water and heat on the stove until it melts. In the meantime, peel the bananas and place them inside the blender cup and blend until smooth and creamy without chunks. When the chocolate is melted, pour it with the bananas and blend again for about 30 seconds. Don’t worry if it’s liquid; it should be like that. Pour the obtained mixture into small bowls or pudding molds and place in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. When ready, you can serve with fruit pieces of your choice, hazelnut crumbs, or chocolate chips. I served with strawberry pieces.

notes

If you have any pudding left, store it in the refrigerator covered with cling film for up to 2 days.
