Ingredients
- 2.1 oz puffed quinoa (puffed)
- 1.8 oz dark chocolate (coarsely chopped or chocolate chips)
- 1.8 oz walnuts (coarsely chopped)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp almond paste (100% or substitute with peanut butter)
Tools
- 1 Bowl
- 1 Baking Dish
Steps
In a bowl, mix all ingredients very well together.
Until obtaining a homogeneous and compact mixture, optionally add a bit more almond paste.
Spread the mixture in a baking dish lined with parchment paper, cover with plastic wrap, and place in the fridge.
After a few hours, remove from the fridge and cut into pieces.
