Steps
This sandwich requires few ingredients and few steps
Place a slice of sandwich bread on the pastry board and use the rolling pin to make it thinner.
Spread the slice with cheese, I used Philadelphia.
Finally, lay the salmon slices on the bread.
After rolling up the sandwich, wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest in the freezer for about 20 minutes.
Take it out of the freezer and spread a little more cheese on one side, roll it over the chopped pistachios, and cut.
From each slice, you will get five rolls.
Wrap the bread in plastic wrap
Spread the slice with cheese
On a plate, place the chopped pistachios and roll the sandwich over it.
Cut the roll, knowing that from each slice, you will get five rolls.
