I don’t know if you’ve ever been to Polignano a Mare or visited “Pescaria,” this famous McDonald’s made in Italy, the first Italian fast food with fish sandwiches, but here I ate a fabulous octopus sandwich that unleashed all the flavors of the sea and our beautiful country.
Today, I want to propose my version of the sea sandwich with octopus, let me know in the comments what you think.
Octopus sandwich: In Italy, the country of the sea and good food, there is a magnificent village in Puglia, Polignano a Mare (birthplace of Domenico Modugno, “Volare”‘s singer) where you can eat an amazing octopus sandwich at ‘Pescaria’, a sort of “fast-seafood” of excellence. This is my personal version, which I find definitely appetizing as well.
