  • 1 roll puff pastry
  • milk (for brushing)
  • sesame seeds (poppy seeds or dried herbs)
  • 3.5 oz bacon
  • 3.5 oz scamorza cheese
  • 3.5 oz mushrooms
  • 3.5 oz ricotta
  • 5.3 oz cooked ham
  • 3.5 oz spreadable cheese
  • 1.8 oz ricotta
  • 1 oz parmesan cheese
  • pepper

💡If you don’t have molds, you can make them at home by rolling aluminum foil into a cone shape.

  • Prepare the cones
    Cut the puff pastry into strips about 0.6 inches wide.
    Wrap each strip around the cone mold, starting from the tip and slightly overlapping the edges.

  • Brush and bake
    Place the pastry-wrapped cones on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
    Brush with milk or oil to promote browning, and if desired, sprinkle with seeds.
    Bake in a preheated static oven at 356°F for 15-18 minutes, until golden and crispy.

  • Prepare the first filling:

    Sauté the bacon with the mushrooms for a few minutes, let cool slightly then place them in the blender. Add the scamorza cheese

  • add the ricotta and blend.

  • Prepare the second filling:

    Place the spreadable cheese, ricotta, cooked ham, parmesan, and spices to taste. Blend until a smooth cream is obtained.

  • Fill the cones
    Gently fill them to the edge and decorate with a sprig of parsley or half an olive for an elegant touch.
