Delicious No-Bake Hazelnut Cake

Today I offer you a Treat that’s very, very delicious….
The no-bake hazelnut cake is a sponge cake filled with an incredibly delicious cream, easy to prepare.. and if you don’t feel like making the sponge cake because it’s too hot to turn on the oven or simply because you don’t want to, you can just buy it ready-made… perfect for the last-minute quick dessert.

Ingredients for Delicious No-Bake Hazelnut Cake

  • 1 sponge cake (Ready-Made)
  • 2 cups cups sweetened whipped cream
  • 1 cup cups mascarpone
  • to taste hazelnut cream
  • to taste pistachio crumbles
  • to taste almond milk

Preparation of Delicious No-Bake Hazelnut Cake

  • Let’s see how to prepare the delicious no-bake hazelnut cake.

    As I mentioned before, you can buy the ready-made sponge cake, available in both round and rectangular shapes.

    In a bowl, pour the cream and start whipping, add the mascarpone while continuing to whip, then divide the prepared cream into two different bowls. Take the hazelnut cream and pour a few tablespoons into one bowl and mix well until fully integrated. Take the sponge cake bases and cut them in half, I made 3 layers, but you can easily use 4, take the almond milk and with a brush, soak the sponge cake. Start filling with the prepared hazelnut cream, generously, then cover with another sponge cake and repeat the previous operation, fill the last layer but cover with the cream facing down. At this point, cover the whole cake with the cream, trying to smooth it well. Cover the top with pistachio crumbles, leaving the edges free. Take the prepared hazelnut cream and put it in a piping bag with a star tip and make small tufts on top, along the edges and along the base of the cake, then make tufts on top diagonally and create 3 lines.

    Put in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Notes

If you prepare the no-bake hazelnut cake before dinner, it will be ready by dessert time. If you have leftovers, store in the fridge for a couple of days in a closed container.
