Purple and Yellow Cauliflower Quiche with Creamy and Gooey Center WITHOUT EGGS

The cauliflower quiche may seem like a simple idea, but when using purple and yellow cauliflowers, it becomes surprising and captivating at first glance.

This savory pie with cauliflower springs from the desire to bring color, taste, originality, and an irresistible texture to the table, thanks to the combination of stracchino, parmesan, and a delicate melting cheese that binds every bite.

The base of puff pastry with cauliflower makes everything even easier and quicker: few steps, zero complications, and a rich flavor that pleases everyone.

The combination of the two cauliflowers is not only scenic but also enhances different flavors: sweeter and softer for the yellow cauliflower, more intense and aromatic for the purple cauliflower.

This cauliflower savory pie is perfect for a light lunch, a quick dinner, or an eye-catching appetizer. It’s also a great way to make cauliflower appealing even to those who usually avoid it.

In summary, a cauliflower savory pie with good reasons to make it: it’s colorful, creamy, easy, surprising, and above all, delicious.
