- 8 leaves cabbage
- 3 thin sausages (like cervellatine)
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
- 1 zucchini
- 3.5 oz montasio cheese (soft cheese)

Steps
Preparation:
At this point, while everything cools down, spread the cabbage leaves on a surface, place 2 tablespoons of mixture in the center, and a piece of cheese cut lengthwise to form a stick. Close the leaf carefully sealing it and wrap a strip of speck around as shown in the photo. Place the rolls, as you make them, in a baking dish, pressing them together well. Salt and pepper, bake for 20 minutes at 355°F with fan-assisted cooking. Once cooked, let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
