  • 2 tablespoons erythritol or sugar

  • To prepare the delicious apple fritters in batter, start by peeling the apples with a vegetable peeler. Cut them in half, remove the seeds and core, and chop into small cubes. Immerse in plenty of water with the juice of one lemon to prevent oxidation.
