The recipe for light apple fritters is a light but truly delicious recipe.
My grandmother always said an apple fritter a day keeps the frown away, and how true it is!
Apple fritters always bring warmth and cheer to the home, the aroma of apple with cinnamon wafts through the house during cooking.
Whether they are pan-fried apple fritters soft and golden or baked apple fritters lighter but equally delicious, the result is always the same: they disappear in a flash.
This apple fritter recipe is made with a light batter, without milk, and cooked without fat as it is done in the oven or air fryer.
Apple fritters please everyone, and every time I make them I think there is nothing better than a freshly baked apple fritter, sprinkled with sugar and accompanied by a hot cup of tea.
