Steps for pear and chocolate fritters
To make the delicious pear and chocolate fritters, start by choosing medium-sized Abate pears that are not too ripe, or they will be too watery. Peel the pears with a peeler, remove the stem and seeds, and cut into pieces.
In a bowl, crack an egg and add the whole cane sugar. Beat energetically with a whisk for a few minutes.
While continuing to beat, add the oat milk, or the milk of your choice, cocoa powder, 2 level teaspoons of baking powder, and mix until a creamy mixture is obtained.
Then add the pear pieces and mix well.
Line a baking tray 9×12 inches with parchment paper and, with the help of a spoon, form the fritters and space them apart from each other.
Bake in a static oven at 350°F for about 25-30 minutes, the time varies based on the size of the fritters, so in the last few minutes do the toothpick test. Cook in an air fryer at 340°F for about 10 minutes.
Once cooking is complete, let cool completely and generously sprinkle with powdered sugar.
And the delicious baked pear and chocolate fritters are ready to be served and enjoyed! Enjoy your taste from Barbara!
