Potato and Onion Omelette Preparation
Cut the potatoes into pieces, heat the pan with a few tablespoons of oil, as soon as it is hot, add the potatoes and cook, stirring occasionally, adding salt and pepper. Chop the onion, and when the potatoes are almost cooked, add them to the pan, mixing well. In the meantime, beat the eggs, add salt, and as soon as the potatoes are cooked, pour the eggs over the potatoes. Let it cook for a few minutes, then flip the omelette using a flat plate and finish cooking.
Notes
It is recommended to enjoy it hot as it is tastier. However, if you have leftovers, store them in the refrigerator and when ready to eat, just heat it for a few minutes.
