Do you know that heavenly scent that fills the kitchen when you peel an orange? Imagine capturing it and turning it into a fragrant and sweet cream. Orange Paste is exactly that: a concentrate of aromas. It is not just a simple marmalade but a simple recipe that will change the flavor of your homemade desserts. It is mandatory to use whole untreated oranges as the peel is also used. Orange Paste is used to flavor brioches, pies, and Christmas desserts such as panettone and roccocò.

  • Can I use tangerines instead of oranges?

Of course, tangerines are a great alternative and the process is almost identical. The tangerine paste is much appreciated in pastry for its sweeter and more delicate aroma compared to that of oranges.
