Fennel and Parmesan Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 fennel bulbs
  • 2.82 oz parmesan (in flakes)
  • 2.82 oz walnut kernels
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt

Preparation of Fennel and Parmesan Salad

  • Wash the fennel bulbs and slice them thinly with the help of a mandoline.

  • Place them in a bowl and add the walnut kernels and parmesan flakes.

  • Dress with three tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt, and mix gently.
    Serve your fennel and parmesan salad.
