- 2.2 lbs Swiss chard for boiling
- 5 Eggs
- to taste Extra virgin olive oil
- to taste Salt
- 2 cloves Garlic

Preparation of Scrambled Swiss Chard with Eggs
Let’s see how to prepare scrambled Swiss chard.
Very easy to prepare…
Clean and wash the Swiss chard.
Put it in a pot with water and cook it. Once cooked, drain and squeeze it, forming balls. Then cut the Swiss chard into small pieces.
Take a frying pan, put a little oil and heat, brown 2 or 3 garlic cloves, at this point add the Swiss chard, the salt and heat for 5 minutes. Start adding the eggs, one at a time, mixing well, once the last is added finish cooking, about 5 minutes, adjust salt and the dish is ready.
Notes
Hot it is fabulous!!! But it’s also delicious cold, well-suited for refreshments and picnics.
