Ingredients

  • 2 espresso cups coffee
  • to taste milk
  • 18 ladyfingers (cookies)
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 7 oz mascarpone
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 9 chocolates (Ferrero Rocher)

How to Make the No-Bake Rocher Roll

  • First, make the coffee, then pour it into a baking dish or plate (the size of the cookie). Also, add a little milk and soak the ladyfingers.

  • Lay a sheet of plastic wrap on the work surface and place the ladyfingers horizontally in 2 rows of 9 cookies each.

  • Meanwhile, prepare the cream, mix the mascarpone with sugar, then fold in the whipped cream and mix gently without deflating.

  • Spread the mascarpone cream over the surface of the cookies, then place a row of Rocher chocolates in the center.

  • Close everything towards the center using the plastic wrap to help form a roll.

  • Let it rest in the fridge for at least 4 hours; if you’re in a hurry, you can put it in the freezer for at least a couple of hours.

  • Remove the plastic wrap and place it on a serving dish.

  • Dust it with plenty of cocoa, dollops of cream, and chocolates.

Storing the No-Bake Rocher Roll

This type of preparation should be served fresh, right away. As for storage, you can keep it in the fridge covered with plastic wrap for up to 2 days.
