Codfish with Cauliflower and Potatoes

Codfish with Cauliflower and Potatoes is a simple dish to prepare, but it has a very good taste. Since it’s not very elaborate, we can consider it a fairly light dish. Codfish is simply salted cod to make it last longer, and before use, it is soaked in cold water, changing it morning and evening to ensure it loses the preserving salt and returns to its initial softness.
