Air Fryer Potato Wedges a very easy and quick Side Dish recipe! Perfect to accompany Air Fryer Turkey Roll or Air Fryer Sea Bream, they are very versatile and, I admit.. they are good even as a snack!
There are many side dishes cooked in an air fryer for our Main Courses, such as AIR FRYER CARROTS or AIR FRYER ROASTED PEPPERS, but potato wedges are always the most appreciated by all family members! And you, which side dish do you like the most?

Ingredients
- 1.3 lbs potatoes
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Preparation
Wash and peel the potatoes.
Cut them into wedges and put them in a bowl.
Season the potatoes with extra virgin olive oil and salt to taste. Then mix everything.
Put the potato wedges in the air fryer and cook at 375°F for 25 minutes.
At the end, check the cooking and continue for another 5 minutes if necessary.
Serve the potatoes hot and crispy.

The air fryer potato wedges are good just cooked. You can store them for a day in the refrigerator, but when you reheat them, they will not be as crispy as when freshly made.
