Ingredients
- 6 sausages
- 3 potatoes
- 500 ml light beer
How to prepare Sausages with Beer Potatoes
Cook the sausages in a non-stick pan without any fat.
Cook for about 10 minutes, then pour in the beer, let it evaporate, and continue cooking.
Once the meat is cooked, transfer it to a baking dish, then cover with aluminum foil to keep it warm. Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and cut them into wedges about 1.5 inches long.
In the same pan where you cooked the sausages, add the potatoes and garlic cloves. Add salt, pepper, and sauté over medium heat for about 15 minutes or until golden.
After 15 minutes, the potatoes will be colored, so remove the garlic cloves and add the sausages.
Continue cooking over medium heat for another 10-15 minutes with the lid on. Remove from heat and enjoy!
