Chicken Lemon Scaloppine

The chicken lemon scaloppine, tender, tasty, and creamy. Scaloppine is a very classic recipe and is prepared in a very short time, excellent on any occasion. For the preparation of scaloppine, pork or beef can be used, but I prefer chicken breast, lighter and more delicate. To enrich the scaloppine, some add cream or mushrooms and perhaps deglaze with wine, but I believe that lemon scaloppine is the most prepared of all, also delicious for children. Here’s the recipe!!
