The meatloaf, a dish prepared all over the world. In this recipe, I prepared a meatloaf stuffed with stracchino, cooked ham, zucchini, and Emmental. An idea for a main course that can satisfy different tastes at a dinner with multiple people. The name comes from the classic meatball, but because of its larger size, it’s called this way. The basic ingredients for preparation are ground meat, aromas, and spices, but it is usually stuffed in many ways. The most used meat is a mix of beef and pork, but it can also be prepared with ground chicken and turkey. Usually, the most frequent cooking method is baking, but in this recipe, it will be cooked on the stove sliced, so we can enjoy it even in the summer without turning on the oven. So you just have to try it!!

Close the meatloaf with the help of the parchment paper, sealing it well.
Then bread it on all sides with the breadcrumbs.
Roll the meatloaf in the parchment paper to make it more uniform and compact, then remove it or leave it if you prefer.
Place the meatloaf on a tray and let it rest in the fridge for about 2 hours.
After the resting time, cut the meatloaf into slices about 0.8 inches thick.
Heat a grill or non-stick pan, place the meatloaf slices, cover with a lid, and cook for 5 minutes.
Then turn the slices over and cook for another 5 minutes.
The meatloaf is ready!!
Tip
You can prepare the meatloaf a day in advance and store it in the fridge covered with plastic wrap without cutting it. If you have leftovers cooked, cover them and store in the fridge for up to 2 days. Before eating, heat it in a pan or microwave for a few minutes.
