Today I prepared a really tasty appetizer. Stuffed champignons and cooked them in an air fryer, they were ready in 10 minutes. Stuffed champignons are perfect to serve as an appetizer or finger food, I really like them, they are addictive. I used mozzarella but any kind of cheese can be used. Instead of bacon, speck can also be used.

Ingredients
- 18 champignons
- 1 mozzarella
- 5.3 oz sliced bacon

- Knife
Steps
Clean the champignons well, removing the stems and skin. Don’t throw away the stems, use them for other preparations.
Place a cube of mozzarella in the center.
Wrap them with bacon. I used half a slice per mushroom.
Place them in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes at 374°F.
