No-Cook Paradise Cream! You only need two ingredients, but the result is a cloud of sweetness and compactness perfect for cakes like the famous Kinder Paradiso.
This cream is incredibly versatile: it’s perfect for filling panettone, pandoro, cakes, and sponge cakes, making every dessert irresistible and super delicious!
The star is condensed milk. I know what you’re thinking, you might turn your nose up at it! I must admit, I used to do that too. However, I’ve discovered that it’s a very useful ingredient, especially in creams and cold desserts:
Not only does it sweeten, but it gives a rich flavor and an unmistakable milky note.
It helps make the cream stable and compact without needing gelatin or starches.
It’s a great solution to use once in a while instead of sugar, giving the recipe a boost.
This cream is proof that simplicity pays off. Let’s start whipping up our cloud of Paradise!
Happy cooking, Giusi.

Ingredients for No-Cook Paradise Cream
You can find condensed milk on the shelves of the supermarket in the section with flours and baking products (often near powdered milk or cream preparations). I’ll include the link below to what I use.
If you don’t have condensed milk or prefer not to use it, you can substitute it with about 1/3 cup of powdered sugar to add to the whipped cream. However, caution: the cream will be more like Chantilly and won’t have the same compactness and unmistakable milky flavor of the true Paradise Cream!
- 1 ¼ cups heavy cream
- 3 ½ oz condensed milk
Steps for No-Cook Paradise Cream
Make sure the liquid heavy cream is well chilled. Pour it into a large bowl.
Begin to whip the cream with an electric mixer until it’s semi-whipped (it should have a soft consistency but not completely firm).
Add the condensed milk (also preferably cold) in a steady stream while continuing to mix with the electric mixer at medium speed.
Continue beating until you obtain a well-compact, firm, and soft cream.
Your Paradise Cream is ready! Use it immediately to fill, or place it in the fridge to set for about thirty minutes before use.
Your No-Cook Paradise Cream is ready to make every dessert irresistible!
This amount is perfect for filling:
A rectangular cake about 12 x 8 inches.
A whole panettone or pandoro in layers.
It’s simple to spread directly on sliced Pandoro or Panettone for a super indulgent snack!
A classic sponge cake of medium size.
Thanks to its compactness, it doesn’t leak and holds its shape perfectly, guaranteeing you a professional and paradisiacal result!
A hug and see you in the next recipe!
