Ingredients

  • 2 rolls puff pastry
  • 10.6 oz smoked salmon
  • 7.1 oz potatoes
  • 7.1 oz stracchino
  • 1 egg yolk
  • to taste black pepper
  • to taste black sesame seeds
  • to taste salt

Steps

  • Peel the potatoes, dice them and cook in boiling water for about 5 minutes. They just need to soften. Drain and set aside to cool.

    Preheat the oven to 356°F.

  • Unroll the puff pastry and lay it with its paper on a baking pan. Prick the base with a fork and distribute the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Lay the smoked salmon slices over the potatoes and add the stracchino.

    Unroll the second puff pastry roll and with the help of cookie cutters cut out star shapes. Place them on the pie, brush the surface with the beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
