Ingredients
- 2 1/2 flour (I used type 1 flour)
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 2/5 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tbsp seed oil
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder for sweets
Steps
First, in a bowl, combine the yogurt and sugar, stirring until they blend together. Gradually add the oil in a thin stream and continue to mix.
At this point, gradually incorporate the sifted flour and baking powder, kneading with your hands until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous dough.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin until very thin and have fun creating the shapes you prefer. Finally, place the cookies on the baking tray.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 356°F for 10 minutes.
The cookies are ready to be enjoyed.
For a more indulgent version, once baked, I placed hazelnut cream in the center of the cookie and placed a small cookie on top.
