Super Soft Milk Cake

Let me introduce you to a super soft cake, perfect for breakfast or a tasty snack. A simple cake topped with sliced almonds. The super soft milk cake is ready in just 5 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour (I used type 1 flour)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk (Vegetable milk can also be used)
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 cup sliced almonds (Optional)

9-inch or 10-inch round pan

Steps

  • In the bowl, beat the sugar with the eggs, then pour in the milk and oil.

    Add the flour and the previously sifted baking powder and mix all ingredients well.

    Pour the mixture into a 9-10 inch round pan lined with parchment paper or greased and floured.

    Bake at 350°F in a preheated static oven for 30 minutes. Always do the toothpick test; if it comes out dry, the cake is ready, otherwise prolong the cooking for another five minutes.
