Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 5 tbsps hazelnuts (To chop)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg

Steps

  • Chop the hazelnuts with the help of a mixer.

    Pour the chopped hazelnuts, flour, yeast, sugar, oil, and finally the egg into a bowl. Mix with a fork and then with your hands until forming a dough.

    Wrap the obtained dough and place in the fridge for an hour.

  • After this time, take small pieces and create balls, the dough will appear very oily, it’s normal.

    Place the obtained balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

    Bake at 355°F in a preheated static oven for 15 minutes.
