Ingredients
- 2 Peppers (Large)
Tools
2 large food-grade bags
Steps
Wash the peppers thoroughly and dry them.
Place the whole peppers directly on the air fryer basket; no need to cut them or remove the stem and seeds.
Cook at 392°F for about 20 minutes, turning them a couple of times for even cooking. When they’re soft on all sides, they’re done.
Place the still-hot peppers (using tongs) in food-grade bags (usually used for freezer storage), large enough to hold them, and seal the bag.
After a maximum of 10 minutes, proceed to peel them. They will be warm but not scorching hot, and the skin will come off almost by itself thanks to the condensation inside the bag.
Once peeled, slice into strips and season with oil, parsley, salt, and garlic if you like.
The air fryer roasted peppers are ready to enjoy. See you in the next recipe.
