Ingredients for Soft Coffee Cookies

  • 1 2/3 cups flour (I used type 1 flour)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup milk (Warm)
  • 1.4 oz Coffee (Warm)
  • 1.8 oz Water (Warm)
  • 3 tbsps Vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup Granulated sugar

Steps for Soft Coffee Cookies

  • In a bowl, work the warm milk with the water and oil. Also add the sugar and coffee.
    Start adding the previously sifted flour little by little and finally the baking powder.

    With the help of two spoons, start placing small heaps spaced apart on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
    Bake at 356°F in a preheated static oven for 15/18 minutes.

Storage
