Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1.6 cups all-purpose flour (or double zero flour)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
Steps
Beat the egg with the sugar using a fork or a hand whisk.
Add the milk at room temperature and continue to mix.
Gradually add the sifted flour and baking powder, continue to mix to avoid forming lumps, you should get a smooth and homogeneous batter.
Heat a non-stick skillet (or butter it) and when it’s very hot, cook a ladle of batter.
Cook for about 3 minutes until bubbles form on top, flip the pancake and cook for another 3 minutes on the other side.The fluffy pancakes are ready to be enjoyed.
