Steps
Wash the fennel well and slice it thinly.
In a large pan, melt half of the butter and add the fennel. Let them flavor over medium heat for a few minutes.
Add the rice and toast it with the fennel for 2-3 minutes.
Start cooking by adding the hot vegetable broth little by little, stirring frequently.
When the rice is al dente, turn off the heat and cream with the remaining butter and grated cheese.
Let it rest for a few minutes.
