This salad, like the one with bresaola, includes a nectarine that gives us a note not so sweet but very flavorful, along with the saltiness of the shaved parmesan. And besides being good, it’s also visually appealing!

Ingredients

  • 2 zucchinis
  • 1 nectarine
  • parmesan (to taste)
  • 1 package mixed salad greens
  • 1 tablespoon toasted hazelnuts
  • fine salt
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • pepper

Steps

– Shave the parmesan or buy it pre-shaved in a tub.

  • – Wash, trim, and slice the zucchinis thinly, then grill them. Wash and slice the nectarine thinly.

  • – Place the mixed salad greens on the base of the platter, add the grilled zucchinis and all the other ingredients. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil, some freshly ground pepper, and serve.
