Today I share with you the recipe for these very crumbly cookies made with almonds and pistachios. They are made in a short time, you just need to let the dough rest for 30 minutes in the fridge, create balls and bake them, it’s child’s play. The almonds and pistachios blend perfectly into the dough of these cookies. Their flavor will captivate you.

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 2/3 cup powdered sugar
- 7 tbsp butter
- 2/3 cup toasted almonds (Chopped)
- 1/3 cup pistachios (Chopped)
Steps
In a bowl, work the butter with the powdered sugar until it becomes creamy, add the previously sifted flour and baking powder, and the egg. Once all the ingredients are combined, add the pistachios and almonds previously chopped in a mixer or coarsely chopped with a knife. Once you have created the dough, wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Create balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, before baking I rolled some balls in unsweetened cocoa. Bake at 350°F in a preheated static oven for no more than 15 minutes.
Once baked, let them cool completely. The cookies with almonds and pistachios are ready to be enjoyed
